At Alpaca Collections, we want you to be completely satisfied with your premium knitwear. If your selection doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags attached.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Items
Carefully place the unworn alpaca garments in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
